Dr. Renuka Yadav: A Passionate Advocate for Holistic Well-Being
Dr. Renuka Yadav is a registered Ayurvedic medical practitioner recognized under the Goa Board of Indian System of Medicine and Homeopathy. With a medical degree in Ayurveda (BAMS), specializing in both medicine and surgery, she brings10 years of experience in the field of holistic health and wellness.
Her academic foundation and professional registration under the Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970, make her a trusted authority in the science of Ayurveda. Dr. Yadav’s dedication to the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda is

What are rules and guidelines during my stay at Svabodha Wellness?- The number of students in each batch is 15-20 - Lights will be turned off at 10 pm, and no noise should be made after that - Please use Bluetooth or headphones to avoid disturbing others - Smoking and drinking are not allowed - Any individual from Svabodha Wellness who stays in the house and misbehaves, disrespects others, smokes, or drinks on the premises can be immediately removed without prior warning - Please take care of your belongings. The Svabodha Wellness team is not responsible for them - Keep the washroom clean - There will be extra charges for laundry - They value your consent for content creation. If you are not comfortable with photos or videos, please inform them in advance - If you are not comfortable with physical adjustments and alignment of asanas, please inform them in advance - Please clean the mats after class and roll them up for storage - Don't bring outsiders into and around the shala and engaging in conversations and forming close connections with outsiders within the Svabodha Wellness premises is strictly prohibited - Access to the dorm is restricted to residents only; outsiders are not permitted - 90% attendance is compulsory for the course, except in cases of sickness - Conversation and discussion about alcohol, drugs, and any substances around the shala is prohibited - If you go outside, please return before 10:30 pm - This shala was created with a lot of positive energy and love, so please respect the space

Are there any special experiences included?Yes, participants will get to experience a temple visit and Puja, Ayurveda Kriya, sound healing sessions, Hatha yoga classes, ecstatic dance, mud baths, a visit to a 100-year-old banyan tree, beach yoga, and sunset sessions subject to change as per flexibility of retreat participants.

2. What's the cost of the retreat?The retreat costs 399-699 € varies on your choice of accommodation , inclusive of 14 Satvik meals, retreat courses, and experiences across North Goa, anything which is not included comes with additional cost.

1. What's the duration of the retreat?The retreat spans 6 days, from the 14th to the 19th of every month in March, April, June, and July.

4. What practices are included in the retreat?The retreat offers a variety of practices to deepen your self-discovery journey, including meditation, yoga, pranayama, breathwork, sound healing, and mantra chanting all the parcatices are subject to change with retreat to availability.

3. How can I prepare for the retreat?What accommodation options are available?Prior to the retreat, we recommend embracing a mindset of openness and readiness for self-discovery. Pack comfortable clothing suitable for yoga and meditation sessions, as well as any personal items conducive to relaxation and reflection .Participants have a choice between mixed air-conditioned dorms and twin rooms.
