Flexible Start Dates
For the Tantric Kundalini TTC, you may start your training on any date between
the 3rd and the 12th of the month.
Regardless of your chosen arrival date, you will always complete the full course curriculum.
Good to Know
Course duration and accommodation vary slightly depending on the program, but all include your training, meals, and stay throughout the full course.
Departure can be planned for the last day of the course or the following morning if you use your complimentary extra night.

Course Overview
Experience the transformative power of Kundalini Tantra integrated with the Hatha Yoga program in the lush tropical jungles of Arambol, Goa. Svabodha's 200-Hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training is an intensive journey that will guide you to optimize your body, mind, and spirit - as it starts with intensive Hatha practices and by the end of the first week makes way for more energy practices (Kriya Yoga) to raise kundalini.
Students who complete the training are eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYT®).

Svabodha's scientific and systematic approach combines three vital elements often separated in modern yoga: Kundalini, Tantra, and Hatha Yoga. When utilized together, these elements bring the most effective and authentic yoga practice.
Who this course is for?
This course is designed for true spiritual seekers ready to commit to regular practice and personal growth. A small, select group will come together for an intensive 3-week training.
While it's best to have a few years of experience if you are serious about learning and going deeper, even a few months of practice can be sufficient.
There are no prerequisites in terms of physical ability - you only need to be able to sit on the ground and stand up.

Tantric Yoga Philosophy and History: Explore the origins and evolution of yoga, including the Yoga Sutras and the Shiva Sutras - Vijnana Bhairava Tantra and Shiva Tattva practices

Shiva Sutras / Svar Yoga: Learn straight from sutras given by Adiyogi the path to transcendece through practices to activate the voice (Vishuddha Chakra) and energize the body through Svar Yoga (Voice Activation).

Teaching Methodology: Develop effective teaching skills and build your unique teaching voice.

Pranayama and Meditation: Master breath control techniques and mindfulness practices to calm the mind and energize the body. Deep-dive into traditional tantric kriyas like 'sanjeevani' to balance the 'nadis' and raise awareness.

Asana, Mudras & Kriya: How the physical postures should be performed and sequenced. Includes variations you can give to students who may need easier progressions into the full posture. They will also cover how and when to adjust a student's form.
