Who this course is for?


This course is designed for true spiritual seekers ready to commit to regular practice and personal growth. A small, select group will come together for an intensive 3-week training.


While it's best to have a few years of experience if you are serious about learning and going deeper, even a few months of practice can be sufficient.

 

There are no prerequisites in terms of physical ability - you only need to be able to sit on the ground and stand up.

Subtle Anatomy: How the body works and how yoga can enhance the various systems within it e.g. muscular, skeletal, respiratory, endocrine, etc.

Asana Practice: How the physical postures should be performed and sequenced. Includes variations you can give to students who may need easier progressions into the full posture.

  • 6:00 AM: Wake Up Call

  • 6:30 – 7:45 AM: Morning Kriya (Jalneti) + Asana Practice
