8:00 AM - 9:30 AM | Morning Asana Practice - awaken the body and mind in preparation for the day's learning.

Dr. Renuka Yadav is a registered Ayurvedic medical practitioner recognized under the Goa Board of Indian System of Medicine and Homeopathy. With a medical degree in Ayurveda (BAMS), specializing in both medicine and surgery, she brings10 years of experience in the field of holistic health and wellness.
